If your event is a celebration of a moment in your life that you would like to cherish forever, Why put these opportunities at risk just to save a few bucks? You're being enticed to bundle the master of ceremonies and the DJ, with your venue hall package deal?. Not discrediting banquet hall DJ's, as I myself have performed in banquet halls and many of them are true professionals, but just as many are underpaid, weekend warriors who are indifferent to you or the crowd that you will bring to your event. The venue is concerned in obtaining payment for services provided the day of and once the event is over, there is no turning back. Memories not made cannot be recovered, and as long as music was played, or your selected playlists, songs were played, the venue has met their obligation. This may leave you and your guests a little dissatisfied. The heavily discounted package deal should probably include the balloons, table decor, and a Cake. Your DJ and MC who will control the ambiance and the mood of your event should be someone you know, trust, knows many details first hand from meeting you and is personally vested in the successful outcome of your event. I ask all the right questions, get familiar with your background, the intended outcome of the event, and inquire through a checklist of details I have compiled throughout the years to determine the best possible programming of music to coincide and flow with your event timeline for the most possible successful outcome. How do you deal with venues who bundle services outside of your immediate control of your event? Demand that you use your qualified vendors as a stipulation for the hiring of the venue for your event. I'm insured and can provide a certificate to your venue manager. Let's make wonderful memories.
